Singapore arrival card : ICA | SG Arrival Card
SG Arrival Card is an e-Service developed by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). SG Arrival Card replaces the paper disembarkation/embarkation card.
What you should note:
- All information should be provided in English.
- You can submit your arrival card information 3 days prior to your date of arrival (including the date of arrival) in Singapore.
- Please note that the Singapore Arrival Card is not a visa. The use of the Singapore Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.
- The listings in the drop-down menus in the Singapore Arrival Card contain places declared by visitors to Singapore and do not imply the expression of any opinion whatsoever on the part of the Singapore Government concerning the legal status of any country, territory, city, or area or of its authorities, or concerning the delimitation of its frontiers or boundaries.
- The successful submission of your arrival card information does not guarantee entry into Singapore. On arrival to Singapore, your eligibility for entry will be assessed on its own merits. All information provided by you, or on your behalf by a designated third party, must be true and correct.

- Salutation (examples – Mr., Ms., Dr.)
- First/Given Name
- Last/Family Name
- Passport #
- Issue and Expiry dates of the passport
- Date of Birth (please spell out month)
- Country of Nationality
- Mailing Address
- Dates of arrival and departure
All letters will be sent as a PDF file via email. Hard copy of the invitation will not be sent.
